TechLine Mfg. ModRack Systems
TechLine Mfg. offers innovative modular support racks that save time during engineering and field installation. Our ModRacks are available in both Medium-Duty and Heavy-Duty options and are perfect for both permanent and temporary racks. Our standard modular support racks utilize 84” tall stanchions with customizable crossarm assemblies to accommodate a wide arrangement of electrical panel configurations.
The Medium-Duty ModRack comes standard with two 84” Hot-Dipped Galvanized stanchions made of 2.5” square tubing and two receiver sets with hardware that accommodate two crossarms. Receivers for our modular rack systems are available in single-sided and double-sided options to accommodate 1-5/8 single strut, 1-5/8 double strut or 2” square tubing. All crossarm options can be cut to your desired length to allow for a range of rack widths needed.
The adjustable receiver shown below for the Medium-Duty option accommodates single 1-5/8” strut.
The Heavy-Duty ModRack comes standard with two 84” Hot-Dipped Galvanized stanchions made of 4” square tubing with crossarms available for both single and double-sided rack options. Crossarms for our modular support systems are made with 3” square tubing with 1-5/8” strut welded to the front or back depending on the rack orientation needed. Standard crossarms come in 48” and 72” widths, with custom width options available upon request.
The ModRack components may be purchased separately or as a kit complete with all you need for assembling the rack on your job site. Because the components are not assembled, and therefore lighter weight, cranes and other lifting equipment are not typically required for installation of our Modracks saving time and money on the job site.
